Statio is a conversational back-office assistant for small and medium businesses. It connects to the tools you already use — your accounting platform, your mailbox, your shop, your payment provider — watches for work, prepares it, and asks you to approve anything that matters.
There are no dashboards to configure and no settings screens to learn. You tell Statio what you use and what you want handled, in plain language, and it sets itself up.
Statio is a business tool, sold to organisations. It is not a bank, an accounting package, or a tax filing agent — it works through the platforms you already have.
With your permission, Statio reads incoming mail to spot invoices, receipts and bills, pulls out the supplier, amount, VAT, due date and reference, and puts them in front of you as a card you can correct in one place.
Once you approve a card, Statio writes the document into Exact Online, e-Boekhouden, Jortt or Moneybird using your own account. Nothing is booked without your approval unless you have explicitly asked for it to be.
Statio tracks overdue invoices and drafts an escalating series of reminders. It checks your accounting platform and payment provider first, so it never chases an invoice that has already been paid.
Quotes turned into invoices, receipts sorted and categorised, VAT return figures assembled from your books, filing deadlines tracked, and a complete handover package for your accountant at year end.
Ask what you spent with a supplier last quarter, which customers are late, or what changed since last month. Answers are grounded in your actual records, with the source cited.
The assistant reads, replies and translates across English, Dutch, German, French, Polish and Spanish — useful when a supplier invoice arrives in a language nobody in the office reads.
The first conversation asks what your company does, where it is based, and which tools you already use. That is the whole setup.
Statio recommends the right integrations and walks you through connecting them in the conversation. It uses your own accounts and credentials, and never becomes the system of record.
Statio watches for triggers around the clock and does the preparation. Anything consequential — booking a document, sending an email, issuing a reminder — comes back to you as an approve or reject card.
Statio acts through the software you already pay for, using credentials you supply. It does not replace your accounting platform and it does not hold your money.
When you connect a Google account, Statio requests read access to your mail so it can find financial documents, and send access so it can deliver the replies and reminders you approve. Statio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time.
